African Coffees are probably too intense for flavoring but we have some natural flavors that we recommend to enhance the flavors. Choose flavors that will enhance and not compete with the coffee.
Fresh Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste, Orange Peel, Coriander, Chopped dried candied ginger, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Fresh Grated Nutmeg, Anise, Spearmint
Ethiopian Sidamo: Pungent, fruity, and with a very long aftertaste
Ethiopian Harer: Wonderful citrusy aroma, bright acidity
Ethiopian Yegrachef: Delicate fragrance of orange blossoms, with an elegantly sweet and clean finish.
Kenyan AA: Bright coffee that lights up the palate from front to back
Tanzanian Peaberry: The fragrance is sweet and spicy
Zimbabwe AAA: rich flavors, good body and aftertaste
Malawi: Smooth and full bodied
Rwanda: Delicate coffee with subtle citric qualities
Uganda: Rustic, low acid, heavy body, slightly fruited.
